Guest Artist Recital features Violinist Pavel Bagocz
A resident of the Czech Republic, Bogacz is a member of the noted European chamber orchestra, Slovensky Komorny Orchester, and he has established Sinfonietta Bratislava, which includes excellent Slovakian and Czech young artists. Bogacz is the brother of Elena Bogaczova, the staff accompanist at Northwestern State.

Admission is free and open to the public. The concert will include music by Czech composers Dvorak, Smetana and Suk as well as other pieces for violin. Bogacz will be joined by NSU faculty Paul Christopher on cello, Dr. Dennette McDermott on flute and Bogaczova on piano.
