For 27 years, concertmaster Kermit Poling has been a mainstay of the Shreveport Symphony. We'll toast him and celebrate the final concert of his tenure as he thrills us with the glorious Violin Concerto by Samuel Barber. The season closes with The Glory and the Grandeur, Russell Peck's unique, energetic concerto for percussion trio and orchestra.
