BIOGRAPHIES
Elena Kuroda, originally from Czech Republic, comes from a family of professional musicians. After graduating from the Conservatory of Music in Bratislava, Slovakia, she continued her studies at Centenary College of Louisiana and Northwestern State University, where she received her Master Degree in Piano Performance in December 2007. Since January 2008 Mrs. Kuroda has served as a collaborative pianist and teaches piano classes at Northwestern State University of Louisiana.
Paul Christopher, Assistant Professor of Music Theory and Low Strings at Northwestern State University of Louisiana, serves as String Chair of the Louisiana Music Teachers Association. In the summer he performs with the Peter Britt Festival Orchestra. He recently completed recording a fourth CD on the Human Metronome label devoted to the cello music of Jacques Offenbach.
